Loving what i do,living what i love

I am professional chef with 15 years hospitality experiance,everything i do is on high lvl,i am working as an Executive Chef for leading hotels 0n Adriatic Coast, where i am in charge of a fine dining restaurants,kitchens and F&B departments. I am creative,relaxed and outgoing person.

Creating my own recipes and dishes, also i am food and concept developer for other restaurants and educator for people who would like to learn more about cooking craft.My clients are mostly luxury villas guests that value privacy.

I have a wide variety of techniques I use, ranging from sous-vide to fermentation to drying, aging, and curing to techniques acquired through dabbling in molecular gastronomy, which is the science necessary to giving a dish an unforgettable tweak.Most of vegetables and ingredients i use come from my garden under Biokovo Mountain or biodinamic small supliers nearby and its top quality.

Also i do classic and comfort food if dessired, surprise dinners,interactive dinners,gala dinners,themed dinners and parties, also offerin primitive cooking and dine in nature concept (beach,woods,or depends of season),yaht or boat cooking on the sea with maximum of 6 days leave.
