I am a professional chef with 10 years experience working in award winning restaurants and 5* hotels. I moved to Croatia 3 years ago and have been working to promote local traditional, and seasonal cuisine. I work with small local producers and buy almost all ingredients from the local farmers market. I am currently working as a private chef and consultant, organizing themed pop-up dinners and cooking classes in Zagreb along with my business partners, we specialize in dinner parties, special occasions, home cooking classes, and food tours.
