I am a CIA Graduate and an ACF Professional Chef with ServSafe Standards
I started cooking breakfast for my grandfather when I was 6 years old. I would write him out a menu, set the table and take his order, cook his food and serve his meal. I would write prices next the items on the menu, and he would pay the bill, and then leave me atip for taking care of him. I thought that was the greatest thing in the world. I have been in love with hospitality ever since. There is no greater kindness than serving people food and drink, providing people with rest and shelter, and taking care of their needs.
