I am an Italian chef with several years of experience in fine and casual dining.
I've studied in one of the most important cooking academy in Italy, I've worked in many Michelin starred restaurant in Italy and I've made also a TV cooking show on "gambero rosso Channel".
After that, I decided to take time for travelling around the world and to share my passion for food with other people.
I am easy going and friendly and I like to work in fun environment.
