The chef Amerigo Capria was born in the splendid Tropea in 1979.

At the age of 16 he immediately began his profession in the summer period in the holiday villages in

Calabria.

As soon as he graduated, he moved to various cities, first in Italy, Sardinia, Elba Island in the summer,

then abroad in America, England and France.

He has worked for important names such as Enoteca Pinchiorri, La Tenda rossa, Nobu Armani.

At the age of 26 he decides to open his creation the "Ristorante Baccarossa" in via Ghibellina in Florence.

Restaurant with only 40 seats specializing in fish.

Since the second year it has been included in the Michelin guide with two red forks.

At the same time he carried on the teaching profession both in school and out of school as a personal chef.

I'm avaible for cooking class,private dinner, show cooking, pizza day,cocktail and wine tasting.
