Sono uno chef di 36 anni e cucino da quando ho 16 anni.ho frequentato l’alberghiero di stresa. Amo gin da piccolo cucinare , e questo mi ha permesso di lavorare sempre con entusiasmo nei ristoranti italiani ed esteri. Tratto tutte le partite, ma personalmente amo cucinare i primi sia di carne che di pesce. I risotti sono uno dei miei punti forti. Oltre al sapore curo molto l’estetica del piatto che propongo
