Come docente di cucina, mi piace intrattenere il mio pubblico parlando di cibo home made e di stagione, raccontare storie, trucchi del mestiere e piccoli aneddoti.
Sono un esperto di vino e sono in grado di proporre sempre l'abbinamento dei miei cibi con eccellenti etichette.
Sono multitasking. Per questo mi piace lavorare con le mie mani anche come liutaio: nel tempo libero costruisco chitarre.
