I am an Italian chef with 18 years of experience
I am a professional chef for 18 years. I did not do any school but I learned directly from the great masters, the first was Pietro Leeman in his restaurant Joia in Milan (Italy), two Michelin stars, then Aimo and Nadia, Claudio Sadler then prestigious catering and important hotels like the Four Season a 5-star luxury, I've been a chef executive of a catering company and I've always worked in fashion too.
Currently I am a freelancer and author of recipes on the monthly Italian vegetarian - Cucina Naturale - .... even if I personally am not a vegetarian!

My reference in the kitchen will always be my grandmother Marietta who had a restaurant and I feel thanks to her the whole Emilian tradition in my DNA
