Sono uno Chef professionista da 10 anni, autodidatta a lungo poi importanti esperienze a Londra e in Brasile, fino ad uno stage al Noma a Copenaghen. Al ritorno in Italia ho portato avanti la mia idea di cucina in ristoranti a Venezia fino a assumere la guida del ristorante Il Ridotto nel 2018/19, venendo premiato con 1 stella michelin e riconoscimenti vari nelle guide nazionali.
