Diplomato come tecnico della ristorazione, la cucina è stata da
sempre la mia passione; Mi piace tenermi aggiornato sulle ultime
notizie sul cibo e, per farlo, viaggio anche molto in tutto il mondo per
vedere il più possibile la cucina mondiale e portare tutte le mie
esperienze in Italia.
