Chef Nicolas was AMAZING!!! His menu was exactly what we wanted for our wedding and all of our guests enjoyed the delicious dishes. Professional and hospitable, he talked to our guests who were intrigued with how he made the wonderful food, making sure everyone was happy, and more.
