We are a couple of dynamic and professional chefs who love challenges.

We started in 2016 with a catering service until we got to specialise in personal chefs and luxury experiences in exclusive locations .

We love the traditional cuisine of my land squeezed between mountains and sea. The search for raw materials and the seasonality of the products are one of our strengths. We like to contaminate the dishes of my tradition with new ideas. We love organising dinners and events with particular attention to the useing up and the mise en place.

We were absolutely blown away by Raquela and Daniel! I just can’t say enough about the presentation and the food. The gnudi were amazing, the branzino was delicious, and the chocolate lava cake was perfect.

Lalli’s was absolutely amazing. Rachele made an absolutely phenomenal menu and would recommend to anyone who would like a private chef in Tuscany.

Our private dinner with the chefs was exceptional! The food was extremely fresh and beautifully prepared! They kindly accommodated a last minute request and they were both so kind and welcoming. This meal was quite literally the best meal my fiancé and I had not only during our time in Italy, but quite possibly ever. The tiramisu was to die for and we are still dreaming about the stuffed tortellini al ragu! This experience was truly worth every penny and we would absolute book with them again if we ever find ourselves back in Florence! Absolutely 10/10, cannot recommend enough!

Our family savored the in-home chef dinner experience during our visit to Tuscany. We selected a four-course Toscana all inclusive menu, and were impressed with Chef Rachele and Chef Daniele's passion for food, expressed by their enthusiasm, stories, preparation of each dish, fresh ingredients sourced, dish presentation, and the timing between each dish. What a splendid & relaxing evening!

Absolutely amazing experience with the Lalli’s! They helped make our first time in Tuscany even more special. Rachele was in frequent communication with me to confirm our timing and menu, making recommendations throughout. We had an incredible dinner (we will be dreaming of the tordelli ragu for years to come!) thanks to the craftwork and storytelling of the Lalli’s! We will absolutely reach out to coordinate a meal the next time we are in Tuscany!

I asked Chef Lallis to prepare a birthday dinner for my father's 80th birthday during our stay in Tuscany. They arrived early and showed great flexibility as they adapted to our semi professional kitchen in which not everything worked precisely. They were able to respond with ease to our request for a delayed serving time. The presentation was lovely and the table was set elegantly. We opted for a wine pairings which were very well matched to the dishes that they served. All of the meals were locally sourced and delicious. Chef Lallis described each dish and included information about sourcing. The wines were well matched. The portions were generous, and the chef left us with extra portions for snacking the next day. Perhaps the best part of the meal was dessert. When we mentioned that my father was celebrating his birthday, Chef Lallis surprised us by adding a traditional, Tuscan dessert to our meal. The cake, which was described as local and traditional, was mouth watering delicious anda real highlight to an already amazing meal. Chef Lallis were attentive, very friendly, and easy to engage. We enjoyed casual conversation, and they were comfortable inviting us into the kitchen as they worked. I would not hesitate to engage Chef Lallis again, and I would offer my highest recommendation to anyone looking to hire a personal chef in Tuscany.

We had a family of seven adults and three children (6,3,2) and Chef Lalli's as our private chef for six of the seven days in Tuscany. The team of Rachelle and Daniel did an incredible job for us. The children are fussy eaters, but they provided food to their requirement and the results were perfect. For the adults, who are foodies, the dishes were three course meals with one special birthday dinner with four courses. Each dish was well presented, fresh and warm to the table, explained with the ingredients, and perfectly paired. Some of the local Tuscan dishes they prepared were new to us, which was a wonderful surprise. They are a lovely couple, engaging and professional, dealing well with a large messy group. They arrived on time with fresh ingredients, cleaned up as they left. We were delighted with their services and happy to provide them an extra bonus. We would highly recommend Chef Lalli's and only wish I could have them cater to us in the USA!

We hired Lallis Food for our micro wedding in Tuscany, they were nothing short of amazing! The food was incredible, they created a menu based on what I requested - authentic Tuscan Italian food. They were punctual, had our AirBnB smelling incredible, and were so attentive to our guests. Each dish was beautifully presented and came paired with a wine and explanation of where the dish and wine originated from. All our guests commented on how great the food was, even saying it was some of the best food they had on the trip. Thanks again Lallis Food for making our wedding unforgettable!! Highly recommend!

We had a delicious lunch prepared for our family Tuscan vacation. The food was made with the utmost care, including the bruschetta made with tomatoes from their family garden. A plus is there was enough food leftover for our next meal.
