Fresh and seasonal produce

I’m a chef with more than 10 year experience in fine dining, I’ve worked at the Ritz hotel and Gordon Ramsey restaurants in London from 2008 to 2012 and some of the best restaurant in Sydney from 2012 to 2019. I also staged in Japan to learn about Japanese cooking for 6months in 2017.

I’ve just moved to Italy and would like to showcase my cooking skills before opening my own business!
