I am a professional Chef trained in classic French techniques, with over two years of experience working at one of London's most prestigious 5-star hotels: The Landmark Hotel, Marylebone. I have a background predominantly in fine dining, however, I also have experience in Banqueting and catering for special events and weddings. With a vast repertoire of both classic and modern dishes, I have developed a deeper understanding of Pan-Asian flavours having lived and worked in Tokyo as a private chef. My cooking style finds a balance between European and Middle Eastern flavours, combined with thoughtful presentation and polished cooking techniques.
