I was born in Tokyo, have almost 10years experience of cooking.
After graduated culinary school in Tokyo, worked at Asia's No.2 restaurant in Japan.
moved to New York and worked at 2 Michelin star restaurant, then moved to Paris. got sous chef position at bistro. And now I'm in Hawaii!
I also got a "best woman chef" award at RED-U35 cooking competition in 2019 in Japan.

I think food is one of the way to treat your body. So I prefer to use natural fresh ingredients, make everything from scratch, with big love!
