Passionate about creating new and exciting menus based on client needs using the best local ingredients.

Born and raised in San Diego, California where I studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute. With 13 years of experience, I have worked in casual dining restaurants all the way to fine dining in hotels such as the Four Seasons. Born into a Mexican family, both mom and dad are from Mexico City, I've been surrounded by a vast variety of home cooks who have been teaching me how to cook since I was tall enough to reach the counters.
