Professional Chef ! looking for perfection in every dish.

My name is Alessandro, I'm professional chef since 2010 from Italy.

I moved here in Netherlands in 2017 to confirm my knowledge about international cuisine, immediately I join the team of hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam, 6 month later I was in The white Room* (1 michelin star).

I decided to be a private chef for offer to the people same confort that they are looking for when they go in high class restaurant in different version, mine version!!!

well, we all know that Italy has most indisputable tasty food, you won't regret :)
