Ambitious and creative, with a passion for good food and sustainability.
My name is Chris and I have been cooking professionally for more than five years. I began training as a chef at The Pig, a five-star hotel on the south coast of England. I am now the sous chef of a sustainable and plant based kitchen in Amsterdam. What I strive for in my cooking, is to always use the freshest and most local produce available to me, using ingredients that are in season and sustainably produced. My menus will be seasonal, beautifully presented and packed full of flavour. They will be mostly plant-based, with occasional offerings of seafood.
