Passion for cooking Asian and Latino food. Streetfood and sushi are my favorites
Professional Chef with 10 year experience in the kitchen. My specialty is Asian streetfood.
I started working as a dishwasher and worked my way up in a dozen of restaurants. Now I am souschef at restaurant Nazka, a Peruvian restaurant focused on modern peruvian cuisine.
What I really like is to cook is on open fires and bbq's, Smokey flavors.. Low and slow or high heat stir fries.
