Passionate and outgoing, I love to make food intimate with a cozy atmosphere

I am a professionally trained chef with 10 years experience. I began my career in Canada, learning techniques and the importance of local ingredients. I've since expanded that knowledge in Amsterdam where I most recently worked as Souschef at the Amstel Hotel. Since then, I've started my own catering company, and I hope to bring my knowledge and passion to the hungry people of Holland.
