Get to know me better
I come from a humble background and that is what reflex in my dishes.
I've been working in hospitality for ten years in different part of the world. Now I'm settle in the Netherlands. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about all aspects of the food industry, including cooking, food trends and developing new recipes.
Through my positive attitude and interest for food, I have always been able to engage others. The experience in the hospitality industry allowed me to develop the ability to work under pressure achieving at the same time the required tasks whilst maintaining the highest standards.
