Modern British, Classic French & Fusion, with the use of varied techniques in preparation, budget or fine dining, the food will always be great.
My name is Sky Visser. I was born in Curacao and raised in Malta.
I moved to the Netherlands in 2016 to start university however I found that university wasn’t for me and that my true passions and calling were in culinary arts.
In 2017 I attended Culinaire Vakschool in Groningen to achieve my Level 2 Restaurant Cook diploma.
Following that, I managed to attend one of the best culinary arts programs for Level 4 in Ashburton’s Chefs Academy.
I currently work as a Demi- Chef de Partie for a 1 Michelin star in Amsterdam where I have enhanced my existing culinary skills.

I learned to cook at...
the age of 6 years, helping the grandparents cook for family gatherings. However, I obtained my level 4 diploma from Ashburton Chef's Academy.
A role model in the kitchen is...
my parents, My mom taught me to cook Indonesian and my dad taught me flavors from all over the world.
