I am a trained professional over 13 yrs of experience, worked at leading hotel chains in the world. Graduated from a prestigious college Welcomgroup graduate school of Hotel Administration in India. Trained in French, Mediterranean and Indian cuisines. I truly believe in my mother cuisine. As a young chef my aim is to showcase the play of spices in a subtle fashion.
