I have worked in top hotels inlcluding Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne Miami as a mexican and italian chef, Amanpulo Palawan as private chef, Hyatt Regency Sydney as banquet chef, and Westin Hotel Edmonton Some of my specialties are American, Mexican, Japanese, and modern cuisine.
