Get to know me better

I am a 31 year old lifelong chef with a obsession with gastronomy. I have worked throughout Europe, Australia and Asia gathering knowledge always.

I have been cooking since a child and studied Culinary arts in Athlone Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. I done my apprenticeship in a Radisson Blu Hotel in 2010. In 2012 I followed my dream and moved to Australia to work with the great Neil Perry in Rockpool, Sydney. Here I developed and excelled quickly. I have been travelling the world cooking in many different countries since I left Rockpool in 2014, all different types of cuisine including Japanese, French, Italian, Swiss, German and Spanish tapa's. I am obsessed by food and thrive in an environment in which I can be creative! I seek out new ingredients, techniques and methods.
