I have been passionate about cooking since I was a kid and as a result I´ve turned it into my profession. I am constantly travelling the world finding new flavours that I can add into my dishes, and on this journey I have had the pleasure of tasting the most indulgent ingredients.

My goal as a cook is to provide an amazing experience to my guests, clients, or whoever finds curious to taste my art.

I graduated from the ACPP, in 2016, a course of 3 years and with 4 internships in total.

A role model in the kitchen is...

Grant Achatz said « I had D- in chemistry [...] and now I´m known as a molecular gastronomist.» and this is only one of the reasons why I admire him.
