My Name is Vanessa D'oria, I was born in Italy, Modena and at 12 years old I moved to Lisbon, Portugal.

I have graduated in April 2020 The First Plant Based Culinary Arts program at Le Cordon Bleu London. bringing together my passion on farming and cooking, and having had the chance to develop it in the past years, I am glad to be back in my hometown ready to offer the magic of the kitchen world.
