Chef Serhat Dogramaci

I am a young professional chef from Turkey where i got my education. I studied in high school and college for 6 years trying to learn the world cuisine. I crowned my knowladge with 5 years experience over 4 countries across the world. Worked all the positions i can, from commis to head chef. Never worked for a place more than 1 year, learned what i can and moved to the next one. I have more than 15 international culinary medals with different categories. I recently got an invitation to join their team from the Cooks and Chefs Federation of Turkey. The more i learn makes me realize how much i don't know and how much there is to be discoverd. My biggest goal right now is to introduce new people with Turkish cuisine and leave a mark in their life with an amazing taste of course.
