I'm a chef that just graduated and I made two Michelin starred restaurants(El Celler de Can Roca, Nerua Guggenheim Museum), I'm young and passionate about food, traveling and connecting through food and cooking. I spent almost one year in Spain doing my stages in the best restaurants in the world, I like to use the freshest ingredients and love rich and balanced dishes
