A very rounded chef that can cook at the highest level with any ingredient.
I come from 10 years of experience in the New York CIty area. During this time I’ve benefitted from many diverse training experiences from American Southern, to Vietnamese, to spa, to nouveau-French fine dining. Perhaps my greatest achievement after becoming a sous chef at Eleven Madison Park was opening an adventurous plant-based restaurant residency in Brooklyn called Sans where the food received a 4.8 out of 5 stars from our OpenTable guest reviews and I was a StarChefs 2019 nominee for the NYC area. Starting January 2020 I’ll be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
