A chef recently back in NYC from Paris, passionate about creating fresh, seasonal dishes that bring people together for meaningful, memorable moments.
After several years in Paris, where I worked in Michelin-starred kitchens and earned degrees in both French cuisine and pastry, I’ve recently returned to New York to focus on private dining. My diverse culinary experiences have given me a unique skill set. From the Health-Supportive Culinary Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, I gained expertise in vegan and plant-based cooking, as well as a deep appreciation for crafting nutritious, wholesome meals. My time in Paris immersed me in market-driven cooking, where fresh, seasonal ingredients are the star of every dish, while my pastry training added a meticulous approach to technique and an eye for detail.
Working in fine dining has refined my ability to create elevated, polished dishes, and my classic French training at Ferrandi has provided me with a strong technical foundation in both savory and sweet preparations. This combination allows me to offer a wide range of culinary experiences, from intimate romantic dinners and celebratory events to thoughtful meal prepping and indulgent desserts. My goal is always to craft meals that feel personal, delicious, and memorable, blending my skills with my love for fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors.
