Passionate, artistic culinarian with 26+ years of professional experience.
I am a 1991 Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. I did my extern at The Mansion on Turtle Creek under Chef Dean Fearing. I am a member of the American Culinary Federation. I have worked in almost every aspect & field of the culinary industry. Incluiding owning my own restaurants and catering business for over ten years. My specialties are menu developement, presentation, catering (large or small) and personal attention. If I had to define my style I would say "Classic French with a Texas Flair" (I am a native Texan).
