I am a graduate of the Culinary Arts program in Johnson and Wales university. I am a dedicated chef who have work for Chefs like Laurent Tourondel, Jose Andres, and Alexandro Reyes. I live and breath cooking and I am currently the Banquet Chef for the Javits Convention Center in NYC. I have worked in NYC, Miami and San Juan, PR where I was born and raised. I am a young dedicated chef who loves to cook and make people happy by providing quality food and quality service. I have experience in different cuisines, including Spanish, Italian, French, American, Caribbean and Latin American, so with me you will be getting a very well grounded and knowledgeable chef.
