Locally sourced, market driven. Old and new school inspiration.

I'm a private chef based in New York City and the surrounding areas. I graduated from the Italian Culinary Academy (now International Culinary Center) where I spent several months in Italy learning Italian cuisine and culture. After, I spent 5 years working in restaurants throughout the city ranging from fine dining to farm to table to a cheese and wine bar. I've also spent summers as a private chef/catering chef in the Hamptons.
