Jean Banchet nominated chef, focused on vegetables and comfort food

I'm a professional chef originally from North Carolina., where I learned the importance of terroir and using local ingredients. Many dishes are created during a conversation with a farmer or producer. I've cooked in San Francisco, Chicago, and am now in the Nashville area. I was nominated for a Jean Banchet for best CDC for my time as the Chef de Cuisine of The Bristol, as well as a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Pre pandemic, I was a CDC for One Off Hospitality, and was then opening Executive Chef of Parkside. Recently I relocated back to the south to become the Chef de Cuisine of Southall Farms in Franklin.
