I am Unflappable,Creative,and have a passion for colorful, flavorful food and presentation.I enjoy creating the menu with each clients personal desires.I love the start to finish build up and enjoy the comfort and laughter of the people attending each culinary event.I am all about fresh herbs and ingredients. I LIKE TO CREATE FABULOUS ....BUFFET DISPLAYS.I LIKE AND am great at garnishing platters and individual plates. I appreciate seasonings of the season. Keepingg our bodie in synch with nature.
