I am a Chef of over 25 years experience. I joined the 5 star Michelin Italian Restaurant of Vincent Bommarito Sr., as Sous Chef. After two years I moved on to expand my knowledge toward international cuisine. My passion of food extends beyond personal fulfillment but for the sake of the joy of others.
