I take pride in learning from trying different cuisines and ingredients.
I used to be a Cook under the well known Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina in San Francisco. While I was an apprentice in his restaurant I studied Food Technology & Dining Services at City College of San Francisco. In pursuing my passion of traveling around the world, I decided to go back to my home country to study Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation using the money I saved from working as a cook. Studying didn't stop me from learning new cuisines and cultures from other country. For the past year I managed to travel to Singapore, HongKong, Malaysia and Taiwan.
