Chef Kirstie Harris cooked a private meal for my sister and brother-in-law for my sister's 30th birthday in their home...and it was FANTASTIC. My sister and BIL raved about it for days afterward. Kirstie was on time, cooked everything to perfection and then cleaned their kitchen until it was cleaner than before she arrived. She was friendly and kind and made the whole experience one to remember! Wow! Chef Thomas delivered an incredible evening for my extended family that far exceeded what I believe to be a high bar for food and service. In a time of COVID his work to provide distancing, wearing appropriate protection and food safety was flawless. He did this without compromising the experience. The food was flawless in presentation and taste. He provided plenty of variety for me to choose in determining menu and everything was made fresh onsite. Service was perfect balance of privacy enable an intimate feel to the meal and yet when we wanted to interact he was right there. Funny, great with my young daughter, informational about the food. Highly recommend this experience and Chef Thomas Baird.
