Soy un chef con 10 años de experiencia en el mundo culinario. Hago mi mejor esfuerzo cada día buscando nuevos ingredientes, sabores y nuevas maneras de usar todo esto. Amo compartir mi cocina con el mundo porque realmente disfruto de compartir mi pasión.

Empecé a trabajar con mi madre cuando tenia 14 años, luego estudie la carrera de profesional en gastronomía en Buenos Aires y empece a viajar haciendo practicas al rededor del mundo. La mas importante fue en Arzak, en España. Este restaurante cuenta con 3 Estrellas Michelin y fue Nro 8 del mundo durante varios años.

Trabajé para Four Seasons como Jefe de Partida cuando tenia 18 años y luego como Jefe de Cocina de un Hotel Boutique Relais et Chateaux a mis 20.

Finalmente, he estado trabajando en Europa los últimos 2 años para restaurantes con 2 y 3 Estrellas Michelin.

También viajé al rededor de Sudamerica y Europa para aprender su manera de hacer arte en la cocina y usar diferentes ingredientes que desconocía desde 2016-2018.

I am a professional Chef with 10 years in the culinary world. I do my best everyday seeking new ingredients, flavors and new ways of use all of it.

I love to share my cuisine with the world because I really enjoy sharing my passion.

I started to work for my mom when I was 14 years old, then I studied in Buenos Aires the Professional Cuisine Career and I traveled doing different internships. The most important of them was in Arzak, in Spain. It owns 3 michelin stars and it’s ex N•8 in the world.

I worked by Four Seasons in Uruguay as chef the partie when I was 18 and then as a Chef in a Relais et Chateaux Hotel & Winery at my 20.

Finally, I' ve been working the last 2 years in Europe for 2 and 3 michelin stars Restaurants.

I also traveled around South America and Europe to learn about their way to do art in the kitchen and use different ingredients from 2016-2018.
