Worked with Ferran Adria. Martin Berasategui. Marc Fosh and Adrian Quetglas. All michelin Stars Chefs. Chef in New York at Tocqueville Restaurant. Best Argentine Boulanger Chef. Also the chef of the Nordic Embassy (Norway-Sweden & Finland) and New Zealand Embassy in argentina.
I received my culinary education at IAG ( Culinary Istitute of Argentine). For me, cooking is my passion & way of life.
