The passion and drive to bring an amazing culinary experience to clients is the reason why I love being in the kitchen. I have traveled extensively working under many world renowned chefs. Certified Master Chef Alfonso Contrisciani, Chef Georges Perrier, Chef Steven Pyles, Certified Master Chef Fritz Gitschner and Chef Daniel Boulud are just a few of the many from whom I have learned. I have been fortunate enough to have cooked for the Dalai Lama, U2, Beyonce, Madonna, Romeo Santos, among others, while on their World Tour. For the last 6 years I have had the privilege to cook exclusively for Elton John and Brad Paisley along with their families.
