As a qualified Chef i worked in various country's such as South Africa, Thailand, Canada, Amerika, Germany and Croatia. Working with people for people has been my credo ever since.

My passion is a la carte cooking…….using fresh products when ever possible. I was trained many years ago in classical french cooking style…...but over the years my favorite kitchen is Italian cuisine…….fresh, simple and fun.
