Hi, I'm Fabio Lauritano and I'm a Personal Chef.

I have just moved to Costa Smeralda, after 15 years abroad in various countries.

After studying at the Boscolo Etoille Academy in Rome and at the Ritz Escoffier Ecole in Paris, I reach twenty years of international experience in hotels, restaurants and as a restaurant consultant. I'm specialized in gourmet Mediterranean cuisine, traditional regional, vegetarian, vegan, pastry and Neapolitan pizza. I organize Brunches, lunches, dinners, events, courses and show cooking. Starting from the highest quality products I prepare traditional regional dishes, that from the past, with timeless tastes, or innovative dishes, like your wish. I have experience in villas and private yachts and in public organization. The last two years that I have been in Germany, among many other things, I have organized events for the Bavarian scientific research center, (Wissenschaftszentrum Bayern), with more than 450 guests each time.

I will create your dinner or event that is focusing on quality, taste and service. Let yourself be delighted by my passion!

Mi sono appena trasferito in Costa Smeralda, dopo 15 anni all'estero in diverse nazioni.

Dopo aver studiato alla Boscolo Etoille Accademy di Roma e al Ritz Escoffier Ecole di Parigi, ho maturato un'esperienza ventennale internazionale tra hotels, ristoranti e come restaurant Consultant . Sono specializzato in cucina mediterranea Gourmet, tradizionale regionale, vegetariana, vegana, pasticceria e pizza napoletana. Organizzo Brunch, pranzi, cene, eventi, corsi e show cooking. Partendo da materie prime di altissima qualità preparo sia piatti tradizionali regionali, di una volta, dai gusti intramontabili, che pietanze innovative. Ho esperienza sia in ville e yacht privati che in enti pubblici. Gli ultimi due anni che sono stato in Germania, tra le tante altre cose, ho organizzato eventi per il centro di ricerca scientifico bavarese, (Wissenschaftszentrum Bayern), con ogni volta più di 450 persone.
