Never Trust a Skinny Chef

My career started at the age of 20 as a dishwasher in a small restaurant in my hometown in Sardinia. Before my career took off, I gained valuable experience around hotels in Italy and Europe, until I became an Executive Chef in 5 * Hotels around the world.

I remember at home I used to watch my mother cooking with fresh ingredients brought in from my father’s farm. With the passing of the years I consider myself a creative self-taught individual. With my passion for different culinary cultures, I brought authentic Italian flavors to the Hotel’s fine-dining-menus around Asia, Middle East, Australia and South America.

When I create a dish or I’m writing a menu, I look for quality local and seasonal products. I like to challenge myself every day with my own unique mantra: “The more passionate the cook, the better the flavors”.
