Chef Paolo Urban

I’m a young Chef with 5/6 years of experience, my love for the kitchen started when I was a child, when my grandmother showed me ours traditional plates. I have kept this passion for a long time, invented recipes and plates every time a bit more difficult than the previous. During the Summer school holiday break I spend time in some seasonal locations to improve my skill. Between my 19s and 20s i started my career a professional Chef. I have experience in making pizza and Italian cusine, I have had the privilege to work for a Michelin Star Chef in my hometown, and I have experience in busy venues both in Italy and Australia. My last period in Italy I worked as a HeadChef in one of the most popular Bistrot in my town, famous for making local recipes and using local products.
