Professional chef with 12 years of experience working in several countries and multiple kitchens of different cuisines. Formerly Head Chef recently moved to Stockholm. Holder of two masters degrees in Cuisine/Nutrition and Restaurant Management, as well as several diplomas from Le Cordon Bleu.
