I'm a certified professional chef. Currently i'm working at an high-rise hotel on the island, as a Banquet / Pastry Chef. Did my study in Holland, Amsterdam.
I'm specialized in French cuisine, but also can defend myself in Italian, American, Caribbean and International cuisines.
I have an 20+ year experience in the kitchen.
