I am a professional chef with 28 years of experience. I worked in 15 different restaurants In bistro, hotel and 1 and 2 Michelin star restaurants.
My passion for cooking started when i was a kid. My grandmother is from Indonesia and since i was a kid she was always cooking at home with my mother.
Before i started culinary school i learned already a lot from them by watching them cooking.
I worked as a waiter in the weekends when i was in culinary school and have my diploma WSET 2 Junior Sommelier as well.
