Our chef experience with Chef Luis was great. We didn't realize that one of our guests has celiac disease and Chef Luis was very attentive and was able to customize the menu on the spot for her so that she was able to enjoy the private chef experience.

Chef Luis and his assistant, Stephanie, did an excellent job for our party of 9. They made the most of what was available at our rental property. We were all very pleased with our meals and definitely recommend them.

We had dinner with 4 couples on Valentine’s evening in a house in Aruba. Luis did everything to make our dinner party the best it could be. Luis brought his own cutlery, cloth napkins, wine glasses and centerpiece for the table. He prepared the entire dinner in our kitchen. His food preparation was perfect. He selected and purchased the food and wines for paring with the dinner courses. He and his assistant served each course and wine paring and talked about each wine selection. All in attendance were impressed with the food quality and service. After dinner, they cleaned the kitchen and table and left nothing for us to do. I would definitely ask Luis to make another dinner for us in the future.

Wow, just wow. I hired Master Chef Luis Albarran for a surprise honeymoon dinner for my husband. Chef went over the top to add romantic touches to the setup of dishware and utensils. The food was stellar. It felt like we were eating at a Michelin star restaurant—- right at home! From presentation to taste, my taste pallets were exploding! Chef greeted us with some bubbly for the special occasion followed by crisp garlic bread to start the night. We then slid into a delicious french onion soup followed by a custom garden salad with a homemade dressing. The main entree was the star on the menu; Juicy lamb chops with risotto and exquisite sauce. The dessert was a whole show. Chef Luis prepared a creme brûlée, charring the sugar with fire right before our eyes. My god was dessert delicious! Best creme brûlée I’ve ever had! The best part? Chef Luis brought all the ingredients with him, and then some. He prepped, cooked, served and later cleaned up! We had a royal treatment and an absolutely amazing time! And boy was my husband surprised and super happy! I highly recommend Chef Luis Albarran to be your chef for any occasion!
