Chef Luis and his Sous Chef Janet were so amazing and fun. Luis was an incredible chef and the food was beyond delicious. I had to eat slower to savour it. My friends and I had a great time and it was an unforgettable birthday for me. Highly highly recommend.

chef Luis gave us an incredible dinner during our trip to Aruba for a bachelorette party! he accommodated our request to eat dinner outside, decently far from the kitchen. best pumpkin soup ever! hope to book him again some day

The entire experience was amazing. Chef Luis took care of everything from a personal bartender to a decorator. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and enjoyed our night with the family. The five-course meal included caprese salad, Caesar salad, an absolutely phenomenal original pumpkin bisque, along with a main steak and shrimp meal. He also were served dessert. All portions were generous, the ambiance and decorations were breathtaking, and he created a meal we certainly won’t forget.

Chef Luis was phenomenal! He was able to navigate the many dietary restrictions of our large group. The food was easily the best meal we had in Aruba!! The plating/utensils and overall presentation was gorgeous! Do yourself a favor and hire Chef Luis for more than one meal while in Aruba!

Luis was awesome! He was very accommodating for my family with several food allergies. He went out of his way to make the meals allergy friendly and delicious. He made our vacation so easy. He fed my teenage boys, who eat lots of food. He was easy to work with and had great menu options to choose from.

Hiring Luis as our private chef was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we connected, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience. The menu was thoughtfully curated to match our preferences, and every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Standouts included our arrival meal, which was professionally served and consisted of a mozzarella and prosciutto salad with balsamic reduction and peach, catch of the day served with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and Creole sauce. Dessert was tiramisu. Each dish was not only flavorful but also showcased Luis’s creativity and attention to detail. What truly set Chef Luis apart was his ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. He was punctual, organized, and left the kitchen spotless — a huge bonus! Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner, a celebration, or simply want to treat yourself, I cannot recommend Luis highly enough. I wish I could’ve taken him home! ????

Luis was an amazing chef. He was able to provide us a fully custom menu with a variety of options that was fully responsive to my requests of an international array of foods. We were so impressed how he was able to create such delicious gourmet food with great presentation, service, and cleanliness. Very friendly as well! Would definitely recommend wholeheartedly.

Luis and his team were amazing! We celebrated my mother’s birthday and he was punctual, clean, and made a delicious meal! He was very accommodating to my mom’s gluten intolerance and created a perfect meal that was enjoyed by everyone of our 13 person party! Absolutely no complaints. He even brought beautiful table decor and did champagne service for a toast with our champagne. Would absolutely book him again!

Chef Luis was wonderful. He was always on time and well prepared. All his meals were very visually appealing and extremely tasty. We especially enjoyed his perfectly cooked and well presented Tomahawk steak! He cooked 3 breakfast meals and 3 dinners during our stay. Highly recommend him for his cooking skills as well as his personality.

I can't say enough amazing things about Chef Luis & his team! This was the first time we've had a chef cook for us, and we were blown away by the food & service! I'm typically one to do all of the cooking on our trips and we thought we would change things up this time and look into getting a chef so we could all relax and unwind. He was very reasonable & took care of everything! Even the clean up! During our 4 day stay in Aruba, Chef Luis & his team prepared 3 amazing dinners, 2 brunches, and one buffet style meal. They were all out of this world & they made the entire meal more of an experience which was so nice for good conversation with our crew. For our main dish for our dinners, he prepared a tuna steak, a surf & turf, and a seafood pasta...and they all were cooked to perfection! I highly recommend Chef Luis & his I-Cook team!

Luis was the chef our group used for a bachelorette party of fifteen for multiple meals over three days. From the beginning, Luis was wonderful to work with in curating a menu and was accommodating to all preferences and very cognizant of all allergies. As you can imagine, feeding fifteen people is no small feat, but Luis and his team did an excellent job. The food quality was amazing, communication was always top notch, his team kept the kitchen in our airbnb so clean, and the meals were on table on time. I would highly recommend.
